The Firm was an integral part of a team of attorneys who obtained a $852 Million settlement on behalf of 702 former USC students who were sexually abused by the university’s gynecologist, George Tyndall. Tyndall sexually abused his victims under the guise of performing medical examinations.

The Firm represented 38 children who were sexually abused when they were in elementary school by Mark Berndt, a longtime 3rd grade teacher at the school. Among other things, Berndt fed his semen to these children under the guise of a classroom exercise about the senses of taste and touch. The Firm represented 32 girls who were sexually abused when they were between the ages of 6 and 10 years old by Robert Pimentel, a long-time 4th grade teacher at the school who abused the children during class. The Firm currently represents an additional 18 victims in pending litigation against the school district involving the same perpetrator.

The Firm represented 14 victims who were sexually abused by their high school wrestling coach, Terry Gillard. Gillard sexually assaulted multiple students and coerced other students to engage in sexual activities while he watched.

The Firm represented 14 male and female children who were sexually abused while in elementary school by Paul Chapel, a 3rd grade teacher at the school who groped and rubbed his genitals against the children. The Firm currently represents an additional 5 victims against the school district involving the same perpetrator.

The Firm represented 25 male students who were sexually abused by their wrestling coach, Thomas Snider, who touched and groped them under the guise of inspecting for skin rashes associated with wresting.

The Firm represented 13 young girls who were sexually abused in elementary school by Fernando Figueroa, a technology aide at the school who abused them in the classroom.

The Firm represented 9 young girls who were sexually abused when they were between 8 and 11 years old by Ronnie Lee Roman, a youth services coach at the school. He abused the children while he was alone with them during after-school activities.

The Firm represented 7 boys who were sexually abused when they were between 13 and 16 years old by Jaime Jimenez, a longtime football coach at the school. He abused these children on and off campus.

The Firm represented 6 high school boys whose baseball coach, Carlos Salcido Sales Jr., engaged in sexting and other forms of non-physical sexual abuse.
